The regulation obliges operators of gas storage facilities whose storage facilities have a low filling level on May 1st (less than 5 %) or June 1st (less than 10 %) to provide the capacities - which are booked but not used by a user of this storage facility – to the market area manager as interruptible capacities so that the storage can be filled soon for the obvious fill level specification.
