Terms & Conditions for SSBO Supplier
Only providers who have successfully completed the SSBO prequalification process may participate in SSBO tenders. The rules and conditions for prequalification are set out in the “Prequalification Rules for Participation in Tenders for SSBO Products and Terms of Use for the Bidding Platform of Trading Hub Europe GmbH ” (abbreviated to “SSBO Prequalification Rules”).

The actual terms governing contracts awarded in the course of SSBO tenders conducted under section 35c (1) of the German Energy Industry Act (“tier 1”), are set out in the “Terms & Conditions for Strategic Storage-Based Options (Tier 1)” (abbreviated to “SSBO Terms & Conditions (Tier 1)”).
