From 7 June 2021, 12 noon, to 18 June 2021, 12 noon, Trading Hub Europe GmbH (THE), the new market area manager invited bids for market-making services to be provided during the second half of 2021.

The tender aimed to increase liquidity in the futures and forwards markets at the VTP, continuing the market-making services introduced by NetConnect Germany GmbH & Co. KG. The services will become fully effective when the new Germany-wide THE market area is established on 1 October 2021.

After conclusion of the tender, THE has accepted the offers with the highest number of transactions. The suppliers were informed. As planned five offers of different suppliers were accepted. The remuneration is 50.000 EUR respectivaly.
