we would like to inform you in accordance with § 15 para. 1 of the Terms and Conditions on the Use of External Control Energy of Trading Hub Europe GmbH (hereinafter: "System Balancing Terms & Conditions") about the changes to Appendice 1 (product description), valid for contract periods from 1 October 2026. The new product descriptions is available in the download center.

Specifically, the changes include the following:

In section 1 number 5 lit. a), the ban on causing physical effects at cross-border interconnection points or virtual system interconnection points now not only applies to the German-Dutch border but also to the borders with Belgium, France, and Denmark. Besides that, some minor additions were made in section 9 regarding the provider’s duty to prove compliance with contractual obligations.
