According to the Federal Network Agency ruling from 2011 on the fees levied for the use of the VTP, the market area manager has to conduct annual consultations on the VTP services offered.
The aim of the consultations is to gauge customer satisfaction with the services provided and determine further development measures. Trading Hub Europe expects the consultations to identify optimisation potential for its services at the VTP, the aim being to increase the attractiveness and liquidity of the VTP.
