Launch of the Request for Proposals for the H2 IT Systems for Accounting and Billing

At the end of 2025, Trading Hub Europe GmbH (THE) was designated as the market area manager for hydrogen and has since been consistently advancing preparations to implement the requirements of the Federal Network Agency’s hydrogen regulations.

In April 2025, the call for proposals for the Data Hub—which will play a key role in the communication and settlement of the hydrogen market in the future—was announced.

In addition, the tender documents for the H2 IT systems for balancing and billing were published today on the German Public Procurement Portal (DTVP). THE is counting on broad market interest and high participation from potential bidders in this area as well.
