We would like to inform you in accordance with § 15 para. 1 of the Terms and Conditions on the Use of External Control Energy of Trading Hub Europe GmbH (hereinafter: "System Balancing Terms & Conditions") about the changes to Appendices 1 and 2 (product descriptions LTO and STB), valid for contract periods from 1 October 2024.

The changes exclusively deal with the inclusion of the new data series types EntrySP and ExitSP.

We would like to draw your attention to the special right of termination and the fiction of consent pursuant to § 15 No. 2 of the System Balancing Terms & Conditions. Accordingly, the provider may terminate any contracts for balancing energy products affected by the amendment of the System Balancing Terms & Conditions or its appendices by means of a special right of termination within a period of six (6) weeks after receipt of the notification of change to the date on which the amendment to the terms and conditions for balancing energy takes effect. If the Provider does not make use of this special right of termination, the Provider's consent to the amendment of the System Balancing Terms & Conditions or its appendices shall be deemed to have been given.
