We would like to inform you in accordance with § 15 para. 1 of the Terms and Conditions on the Use of External Control Energy of Trading Hub Europe GmbH (hereinafter: "System Balancing Terms & Conditions") about the changes to Appendices 1 and 3 (product descriptions LTO and SCB), valid for contract periods from 1 October 2024.

Specifically, the changes include the following:

In the balancing energy products LTO and SCB, the energy price will in future correspond to the volume-weighted average gas price. The amendment can be found in § 3 paragraph 2 as well as in the provisions on the acceptance of bids and contractual penalties of the product descriptions LTO and SCB. In addition, a presumption was included in § 4 no. 4 of the PD SCB that in the event of failure to report pursuant to § 4 no. 4 sentence 1, the (partial) non-provision or non-acceptance of L-gas volumes resulting from the maintenance was not taken into account in the bid price calculation.
