On the 27th of July 2022, a technical malfunction occurred in the systems of Trading Hub Europe GmbH (THE), which affected in particular the accessibility via e-mail, telephony as well as the accessibility of some portals operated by THE and the THE-Website. The reason for the disruption of our systems was a technical malfunction in a data centre used by THE.
The following areas were affected in particular
- the accessibility via e-mail,
- accessibility via telephone,
- the accessibility of THE website
- the accessibility of THE's customer portal.
THE‘s Virtual Trading Point was available without restriction during above mentioned disruption. The core processes - such as the receipt and forwarding of allocation data - could be carried out largely without any problems.
