Publication of the RLM balancing neutrality account
According to GaBi Gas 2.0 ruling, the market area manager is obliged to set up and publish two separate balancing neutrality accounts for SLP and RLM exit points.
The monthly balances of the balancing neutrality accounts are initially published on a provisional basis (the relevant lines are highlighted with a dark grey background), approximately five working days after the end of the respective month. Please note that the preliminary data will change as the final data is available.
The final balances are published after the final data has been submitted.
Costs and revenues arising in connection with negative and positive imbalance quantities, within-day flexibility charges, external system balancing transactions (to the extent attributable to the RLM balancing neutrality account) and other costs and revenues related to balancing activities (to the extent attributable to the RLM balancing neutrality account) are booked to the RLM balancing neutrality account.
The monthly balance of the RLM balancing neutrality accounts is initially published on a provisional basis (the relevant lines are highlighted with a dark grey background) approximately five working days after the end of the respective month. The final balances are published after the final data has been submitted, i.e. usually no later than three months after the end of a contract month. It should be noted that invoices for earlier contract periods issued at a later point in time may cause subsequent changes to be made to the balance published. This applies in particular to any subsequent calculations based on distribution keys determined retrospectively.
Note: Currently, the publication of the RLM balancing neutrality account for the period from January 2024 is not fully displayed. You can therefore download the complete overview here.
